At the Cabell County Career Technology Center you can become a certified LPN in one year. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide basic nursing care. They work under the direction of registered nurses and doctors.Licensed practical nurses work in many settings, including nursing homes and extended care facilities, hospitals, physicians' offices, and private homes. Our LPN program is rigorous; fully preparing you for a demanding career in a rewarding field with numerous opportunities.
